Getting started
WhatsApp automation means using a tool to send, receive and manage WhatsApp messages without typing every reply by hand. It covers a WhatsApp bot, product catalogue sharing, scheduled broadcasts and rule-based follow-ups.

Pricing and billing
We do not have a one-size-fits-all price list. Plans are tailored to your business, so get a quote and we will recommend the right setup and explain every cost. WhatsApp (Meta) also charges separately for some message types.
On Meta’s October 2026 rate card, a marketing message costs about ₹0.8631 and a utility or authentication message about ₹0.115. GST is extra. Rates can change, so check Meta’s pricing page for the latest.

WhatsApp rules and compliance
Yes. You need permission before sending business-initiated messages such as offers and updates, and you should let people opt out easily. Replies to customers who message you first are not affected.
Templates are pre-approved message formats used to start a conversation outside the 24-hour customer service window. WhatsApp reviews them and groups them as marketing, utility or authentication.
When a customer messages you, a 24-hour window opens in which you can reply freely with normal messages. After it closes, you need an approved template to start the conversation again.
Numbers are restricted when they break WhatsApp’s rules or get many reports from users. Message only opted-in customers, use approved templates and keep content useful, and the risk stays low.
No. WhatsApp’s terms allow AI that supports your own business conversations, such as customer service and sales help, but not general-purpose AI assistants offered to the public. Our AI agent is built for your business conversations.
